Clifford “Cliff” Tatum is the Election Director for the City of Baltimore. He is a former Consultant for ECLS and former Harris County Elections Administrator. Cliff has over 26 years of experience as a public servant and over 20 years specific to elections at the local, state, and national level. His experience includes service as Interim Director for the Georgia State Elections Division, Executive Director for the D.C. Board of Elections, General Counsel for the U.S. Election Assistance Commission, and Chief Information Security Officer for the D.C. Board of Elections.

Cliff has served as an active trial attorney and as a Deputy Solicitor General for the City of East Point, Georgia. He is an alumnus of Thomas M. Cooley Law School and a graduate from Guilford College Greensboro, North Carolina with a degree in Administration of Justice.

Fun Fact: Cliff enjoys golfing and cycling, and has often participated in 50 to 100-mile bike rides when properly prepared.
