Dear colleagues,

As you know, in the wake of the 2020 election and now leading up to 2024, election officials have been harassed, intimidated, and threatened with violence. Today, I want to introduce you to the Election Official Legal Defense Network (EOLDN), an organization created to provide legal support for referees of democracy.

EOLDN matches election officials and workers with pro bono attorneys to assist officials with addressing issues related to their work on elections or election administration. This includes any efforts to undermine officials’ job duties or to threaten or harass officials.
